Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data

This document establishes the rules that Bull Rent Sofia AD, EIK 130467201, with headquarters and management address, Sofia, Vasil Levski Blvd. 15-17, applies to the users of the website https://bulrent-sofia .com.

What this document regulates

From May 25, 2018, the General Regulation of the European Union for the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) began to be applied in Bulgaria. Its purpose is to guarantee the right to privacy of natural persons and to protect their personal data.

What is personal data?

According to Art. 2, Para. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act, personal data is any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified directly or indirectly through an identification number or through one or more specific signs. More specifically, these are: names, social security number, address, telephone, location, passport data of the person (physical identity); marital status and family ties (family identity); professional biography (work activity); health status, psychological and/or mental state, sexual orientation (medical data); racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs (public identity); property status, financial status, participation and/or ownership of shares or securities of companies (economic identity), etc.

What data we use and why we use it

Bull Rent Sofia AD uses an external standard service from Google Analytics, with which it reports visits to the website, tracks the behavior of website visitors, and this becomes anonymous. For this purpose, Google Analytics uses your IP address, which in many cases may be shared with other users of your Internet provider.
On our site, you may be identified after entering any data by yourself in the feedback forms on the site, through which you send your inquiries or questions and recommendations to us. In order to respond to your messages, according to the new rules we need your express consent to send your data to us. For this purpose, before sending your messages, we ask you to agree to the sending.
Bull Rent Sofia AD uses the name and e-mail you send only and solely for the purpose of responding to your messages, such as to send you an offer for the development of a website when you have requested this.
We do not send email newsletters with unsolicited commercial or other advertising messages, nor do we use your names or email for any other purpose.

Storing and sharing your data

Bull Rent Sofia AD does not store the data provided by you in any databases, on the hosting server or on other devices.
We do not share, disclose or sell the data you receive to third parties or companies.
